The manager got back to me quickly and answered my questions clearly. I think other customers would appreciate how easy it was to get help without waiting around.

The location was what I liked most. Shops, places to eat, and my work were all really close, so day-to-day stuff was just easy. Didn’t have to think too much about getting around... which was nice

I stayed for a few nights and the linens were clean, which is always a relief. The towels were decent too—not super fancy or extra soft, but they got the job done. You might wish there was an extra towel already in the room, because I definitely would’ve liked that. Overall though, no real issues and it was a good stay

So... I stayed here for a few weeks, and overall it was okay. The bed was comfortable enough, and having a kitchenette definitely made things easier. That said, the walls were thin, and the cleaning could’ve been better. It’s not fancy, but it works if you just need a place for a while.

The main thing I noticed was that the room was clean, and that’s usually what matters most to me. I didn’t really have anything to complain about. I kind of expected maybe some small issue to pop up, like with hotels in general, but no, it was just a simple, comfortable stay.

The hallways smelled bad, and that smoky odor never really went away. I can’t say exactly what it was, but my gut feeling was that the place just wasn’t being aired out or cleaned well enough. It made the whole stay feel kind of uncomfortable.

Had an issue with my booking. Had to escalate it. Support replied faster than I thought. Fixed everything without a big hassle. Really appreciated the help.

I stayed here for a few weeks, the room worked out really well for me. I like being able to control the temperature without any hassle, and the AC cooled the room down fast whenever I needed it. At night, the heat worked just fine too, so I stayed comfortable the whole time. No complaints from me on that.

The room was mostly fine and comfortable enough for a longer stay, but I did notice a couple of roaches, mostly at night around the bathroom area. I let the staff know, and to their credit, they did send pest control out, which helped a bit. Unfortunately, it didn’t completely solve the problem. It wasn’t the worst experience by any means, but I do think they need to stay on top of the pest control more consistently

Stayed here for a few nights and the wifi was mostly fine during the day, so I didn’t think much of it. But in the evening it kept dropping, which got annoying when I was trying to relax and use my phone. Not the worst thing ever, but wow, one minute everything’s fine and then suddenly the connection just gives up.

I booked this place mainly because it had a kitchen, thinking it would make the trip easier, but it was disappointing. There were no pans, barely any utensils, and the fridge looked really old. I ended up having to buy a few things just to make basic meals, which kind of defeated the purpose. The stay itself wasn’t terrible, but when I emailed about it, the replies felt like they were coming from robots and didn’t really address the issue. Overall, the kitchen was definitely the biggest letdown.

I stayed at InTown Suites for a work trip and brought my small dog with me. I had checked the website ahead of time because I really wanted to make sure everything would be okay, but the pet policy still felt a little unclear.

The carpet was dirty and the drawers were broken, which was really dissapointing. It just made the place feel like it hadn’t been taken care of very well.

The booking info didn’t match what I expected, and I’m absolutely certain it was not on my end. It turned into a annoying hassle to sort out, it made the whole experience way more frustrating than it needed to be.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about staying at InTown Suites, especially for more than a night or two: the laundry setup was terrible. Half the washers were out of order, and the dryers took my money but still left my clothes damp. The laundry room itself smelled bad and had lint and trash all over the place. I told the front desk, and they basically just said they’d “let someone know,” but nothing changed the entire week I was there. For a place meant for longer stays, working laundry should be a bare minimum.

Stayed a few weeks. Weekly rate was fair, fees were clear upfront, and I knew the total before arriving. Nothing fancy, but solid for my budget and way better than paying nightly hotel prices.

The place was alright overall, and the staff seemed nice enough, but the room didn’t really feel as clean as I’d hoped. It kind of stayed dirty during my visit, which was disappointing. With a bit more attention to housekeeping, it could be a much better stay.
